We visually inspect each delivery and report any adverse finding immediately to you. We provide photograph as soon as we receive a package on your behalf, when issues have been discovered and when we forward your package on to its next destination, so you can be in the loop in every step of the process.
We process all mails within 48 hours of receipt. After carefully inspecting each mail piece, we take pictures, and upload them to client portal. If any damage and/or defect is found, we either wait for your instruction or follow Advanced Protocols. If you do not have Advanced Protocol in place, our processing time will depend on how soon we receive instruction from you. Having Advanced Protocols thus cut down the processing time and allows us to meet our goal of 48 hours turnaround time for each mail piece.
All our team members go through extensive vetting process and they must pass a comprehensive background check. We take privacy and protection of your data very seriously and we take every precaution to safeguard sensitive information.
If we need to scan a document that contains information that is of sensitive nature, we take every precaution to protect both the document and the information contained within. Both scans and photographs are performed in a designated, secured area that can only be accessed by authorized personnel.
As soon as we are done scanning and/or photographing, the original mail piece is returned to the processing area. The images are uploaded from our secured server to the client portal that also utilizes a multi-layer, encryption technology to provide the best privacy and security money can buy.
